Job Summary:

The person in this position will be responsible for undertaking administrative functions for the IT department. Assisting with calls, emails, work orders and setting appointments will be the daily functions. This employee will report to the IT Director.

Essential Functions -

• Dispatch tickets
• Submit purchase orders
• Assign priority levels and dispatch criteria
• Provide clear tracking of calls and emails to IT staff regarding status or requests
• Ensure that tickets are efficiently dispatched and routed
• Provide administrative functions to establish and maintain positive relations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job description: The Pool attendant will ensure the safety and comfort of pool guests. This position will help guest adhere to all safety rules, and confirming pool attendees are staying at the resort. Pool attendants maintain the cleanliness of the area surrounding the pool, sanitize equipment, gather towels, greet guests, and answer concerns in relation to the pool area.

Job responsibilities:

-         Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

-         Vacuuming pools

-         Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs

-         Enforce all poolside rules and prevent unsafe behavior

-         Check that all guests are wearing/have required pool pass

-         Pool area clean up and organization

The front desk is often the first point of contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility for a first impression. Job description: As the Food and Beverage Manager you will ensure that guest receive the highest level of food quality and service. You will manage the restaurant staff regarding, hiring, scheduling and training.  Working with the front and back of house staff will be an essential part of the job, to provide the best experience for all guest. Job responsibilities:

Job Description - Bellmen are responsible for assisting guests during their stay. Bellman should have a positive attitude, be patient, and aim to help others. Having good people skills, a penchant for socializing, and being organized are required. Bellmen work closely with the front desk staff, management, and other hotel departments to provide guest assistance with luggage and miscellaneous needs. Often the first and last person a guest sees while staying at the hotel is the Bellman, so a friendly welcoming smile is a must.

Part-time Shift Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm

Job description: Housekeepers are an essential part of the company. Ensuring that all guests have a safe and visually appealing visit is a top priority. Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to, cleaning rooms and replacing amenities, restocking supply rooms and carts, responding to guest requests, and reporting any issues to the appropriate department.

.Job description -

 As the maintenance worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cosmetic appearance and the mechanical function of the resort buildings and grounds, in both the interior and exterior of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in a wide range of hotel up keeping. The technician will complete work orders assigned by the supervisor while following safety regulations and respecting guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards
• Performs maintenance and repairs with a minimum of guest disturbance
• Replacement of  light fixtures, fixing drywall/ wallpaper, painting
• Repairing of broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures; other light plumbing work as needed
• Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs, along with other light electrical work
• Ability to diagnosis HVAC matters, upkeep and resolve simple matters
• Appliance, furniture, and fixture repairs as needed
• Completes all work orders in a timely and detailed manner per company program standards
• Execution of scheduled preventative maintenance
• Maintains all storage areas and work spaces in a clean, safe and secure manner
